First, our sincere apologies for the delay in following up about the Forum/Annual Meeting. For reasons beyond our control, namely the timing of the disbursement of funds required for this year’s event, we were unable to proceed within our original timelines.
The Forum had previously been announced for May with a specific venue in mind. With this delay, we are now obliged to change both the location and the dates for the PLWHIV Forum.
Please note that our usual funder will not finance the Annual Meeting, so we will be looking for other opportunities to hold our Annual Meeting.
New location and dates for the Forum to be held from June 6th to June 9th 2017
While the scholarship review process was necessarily delayed, we are now in a position to confirm the following details: This year the PLWHIV Forum will take place in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Venue: The Hotel Saskatchewan
2125 Victoria Ave, Regina, Saskatchewan S4P 0S3
Please note that residents of the city in which the event is being held (Regina) are not eligible for scholarships.
We realize that these changes in dates and venue may affect your plans. However, we now have to deal with very short timelines and your understanding and cooperation is very much appreciated.
