Webinar: Community Mobilization - Canadian communities of African, Caribbean and Black descent

The Canadian AIDS Society in collaboration with AIDS Calgary and members (Niagara, Ottawa and Windsor) is hosting a webinar series to share information and build capacity on various issues facing AIDS Service Organizations providing services to People of African and Caribbean descent living in Canada.

The first webinar on mobilizing African, Caribbean and Black Communities will be held on Tuesday October 4, 2011 at 2:00 PM EST. This webinar will feature a presentation by Josephine Mazonde of AIDS Calgary entitled "Community Mobilization as a Strategy: Engaging African Communities in Calgary." This presentation will be followed by other short presentations from AIDS Service Organizations in Niagara, Ottawa and Windsor as well as a Question and Answer Period.
