Elisse has been the Executive Director of the Canadian Working Group on HIV and Rehabilitation (CWGHR) since its founding and inception in 1998. She has been working with people living with HIV, rehabilitation professional associations, community-based organizations, government and private sector representatives to develop and promote a coordinated and comprehensive response to the rehabilitation needs of people living with HIV. Elisse is available to talk about rehabilitation primarily related to national HIV issues as well as CWGHR’s mandate, initiatives and priorities.
