The Framework Document was developed by the Canadian AIDS Society, CATIE, Interagency Coalition on AIDS and Development and the Canadian Public Health Association to outline regulatory, policy and programming barriers, research questions, needs and priorities identified with respect to the introduction of NPTs in Canada. It offers an overview of key items to be addressed, including: demonstration projects and acceptability studies with key populations, the Canadian version of Mapping Pathways, national implementation guidelines, communication strategy on NPTs as one component of comprehensive HIV prevention, an epidemiological monitoring system and improved PEP access.
Below are are a series of PowerPoint presentations, made September 15 and 16, 2011, that informed the committee developing the Framework Document.
